Ingredients (10 People)

2 teaspoons dry yeast or 2 cubes of wet yeast

5 cups all-purpose flour (500g) plus 100g for dusting

Salt

2-5 teaspoons of oil

Toppings

Tomato sauce: Canned Pizza sauce

Pizza topping cheese

Mozzarella cheese

Sliced chicken

Chicken kebab

Sliced swine

Dried thyme and other spices

Onion (Optional)

Fresh tomato (Optional)

Preparation

  1. Place the flour in a big bowl
  2. Mix the flour and yeast together
  3. Add salt to taste
  4. Water should be added little by little to make into a paste
  5. Make sure they’re well mixed together
  6. Spring flour on a clean flat surface
  7. Cut the mixed flour into small balls
  8. Cover with a clean cloth
  9. Allow it to rise for about 30-45 minutes
  10. Take each ball and poke it with your hand, make it flat with a food roller until it soft and smooth
  11. Stretch and roll the flour into a thin layer
  12.  Roll and make the flour into round or square (as desire)
  13. Grease the oven pan with oil or place the aluminum paper inside the pan
  14. Place the thin layer of flour inside the greased or on top of the aluminum paper
  15. Add tomato sauce and spread it around on top of it
  16. Spicy can be added as desire
  17. Add desire meat one after the other
  18. Fresh tomato and Onion (Optional)
  19. Lastly, add pizza cheese,
  20. Place in an oven at 250 oC for 15 minutes
  21. Enjoy your pizza with any drink of your choice
